Biscuiti cu migdale, fulgi de cocos si mascarpone

Ingrediente:

  •  150 gr mascarpone
  • migdale 150-200 gr
  • fulgi de cocos ( dupa gust)
  • 1 ou
  • 250 gr faina
  • obtional ( scortisoara, esenta de vanilie, zahar brun )

 

 

Mod de preparare:

Amestecam toate ingredinetele, intindem foaia cu putina faina, decupam formele si dam la cuptorul preincalzit 180C / pentru cca 20 de minute. Dupa ce se racesc biscuiti ii presaram cu zahar pudra ( obtional).
