Briose cu fulgi de ciocolata

Ingrediente:

  • un iaurt
  • 100 gr unt topit
  • 200 gr zahar
  • 250 gr faina ( o cana)
  • 3 oua
  • 10 gr praf de copt
  • fulgi de ciocolata
  • esenta de vanilie
  • coaja rasa – porotcala / lamaie

Mod de preparare:

Mixam untul topit cu zaharul pana devine cremos. Adaugam ouale, mixand bine. adaugam iaurtul si esenta de vanilie, ulterior faina amestecata cu praful de copt. Mixam bine toate ingredientele. La sfarsit adaugam coaja rasa de la portocala / lamei si fulgi de ciocolata. Punem compozitia obtinuta in formele de briose. Cuptorul preincalzit 150 C, dam la cuptor briosele pentru cca 25-30 de minute.
