Crema de branza cu sfecla rosie!

Reteta recomandata dupa 8 luni!

Timp de peparare : 50 minute

Ingrediente:

  • 1 sfecla rosie mica
  • 250 g branza de vaci cremoasa
  • 1 lingura unt
  • 1/2 ceapa mica
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline

Mod de Preparare:

Cureti sfecla, o tai bucati, le asezi pe o tava si le stropesti cu ulei. Le introduci in cuptor incins la 200 C pana se patrund bine, circa 40 de minute. Le lasi sa se racoreasca. Pui sfecla intr-un blender impreuna cu ceapa tocata, branza de vaci si untul. Mixezi pana obtii o crema fina. Acoperi crema cu o folie de plastic si o dai la rece pentru 30 de minute.
