Crema de gris cu branza si ficatei.

Ingrediente:

  • 3 lingurite de gris
  • 1 lingura branza de vaci cremoasa
  • 3 ficatei pui
  • 1 lingurita de unt nesarat
  • 200 ml apa

Mod de preparare:

Se pune apa la fiert, in momentul in care da in clocot se toarna grisul in ploaie, se amestweca continuu. Se lasa sa fiarba, la foc mic, circa 5 minute, dupa care se lasa la racorit. Separat, se curata ficatei si se fierb circa 15 minute, dupa care se zdrobesc foarte bine cu o furculita. Se pune peste gris branza de vaci, untul moale, ficateii zdroviti si se amesteca totul la blender/ robot.

Reteta recomandata dupa 10 luni!
