Ingrediente:

  • 1/3 cana de ulei
  • 250 g zahar ( brun) o cana
  • 2 oua intregi
  • 1 praf de copt
  • 750 g faina ( 3 cani )
  • 250 g fulgi de cocos ( o cana )
  • 250 g nuca ( o cana )
  • fructe ( capsuni, afine, banane)

 

 

Mod de preparare:

Amestecam bine uleiul, zaharul, ouale, faina si praful de copt, ulterior adaugam fulgi de cocos si nuca. Ungem tava cu unt si cu ajutorul unei cupe mici ( lingurite ) punem in tava compozitia lasand distanta de cativa centimetri intre fursecuri. Adaugam fructele si dam tava in  cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade pentru aproximativ 15-20 minute, pana se rumenesc foarte putin pe margini.
