Gogosi cu iaurt

Ingrediente:

  • 500 gr iaurt natural
  • 450 gr faina
  • 50 gr zahar brun
  • 3 oua
  • 1 fiola esenta de rom
  • 1 plic zahar pudra
  • zeama de la o lamaie
  • ulei
  • un praf de sare
  • obtional ( coaja rasa lamaie/ portocala, zahar vanilat)
  • 1 plic praf de copt

Mod de preparare:

Amestecam ouale cu iaurtul, esenta de rom, zeama de la lamaie, zaharul si un praf de sare. Separat amestecam faina cu praful de copt, ulterior introducem faina cu praful de copt in compozitia cu ouale si iarutul, omogenizam. Incingem uleiul intr-o tigaie inalta si punem cate o lingura din amestec. Prajim pe ambele parti, de regula se intorc singure, daca nu se intorc ne ajutam de o lingura. Se prajesc in ulei pana devin aurii. Scoatem gogosile pe un servetel de hartie, asezam intr-un castron si pudram cu zaharul pudra. Gogosile pot fi si umplute cu ciocolata, gem… dupa preferinte.
