Ingrediente:

  • 2 banane copate
  • 100 ml lapte
  • 2 oua
  • 4 linguri de gris
  • dulceata ( obtional ) fructe de padure, visine, cirese, capsuni.

 

 

 

Mod de preparare:

Am pisat cu o furculita bananele, am amestecat cu ouale, laptele, ulterior am adaugat grisul . Amestecam bine cat sa se omogenizeze toate ingredientele si dam la cuptor pentru aproximativ 10 – 15 minute ( pana se intareste compozitia).

       Un mic dejun rapid si sanatos .Pofta buna!
