Ingrediente:

  • 2 cuti de mascarpone ( 500 gr)
  • 4 oua
  • 50 gr zahar
  • 150 gr piscoturi
  • cacao
  • cafea

Mod de preparare:

Preparam cafeaua si o lasam la racit. Separam albusurile de galbenusuri. Punem zaharul peste galbenusuri. Cu muxerul , reglat la o viteza medie, amestecam galbenusurile cu zaharul. Crema de mascarpone se amesteca bine si se amesteca cu crema de galbenusuri. Amestecul obtinutl , il mixam cca. 1 minut, pana obtinem o crema lucioasa, omogena. Separat , mixam albusurile, cca. 2 minute, pana obtinem o spuma. Peste crema de galbenusuri cu marcarpone adaugam spuma de albusuri si amestecam usor.

Piscoturile le inmuiem in cafea si le asezam in tava. Peste randul de piscoturi din tava ,adaugam un rand de crema, adaugam inca un strat de piscoturi. Intindem restul de crema ,iar deasupra presaram cacao. Punem la frigider preparatul pentru cca. 2-3 ore.
