 Ingrediente:

  • 250 gr mascarpone
  • 200 ml smantana lichida ( pentru frisca)
  • 25 gr zahar pudra
  • 100 gr zahar
  • 4 galbenusuri
  • 50 ml lapte
  • 250 ml cafea
  • 20 piscoturi
  • cacao    
  • banane

 

 Mod de preparare: Batem cu mixerul galbenusuriele timp de 1-2 minute cu zaharul. Adaugam laptele si amestecam. Turnam compozitia intr-o cratita si punem pe foc mic. Amestecam continuu circa 7 minute, pana se ingroasa. Batem cu mixerul smantana lichida( rece de la frigider) cu 25 gr zahar pudra pana se intareste. Adaugam crema de galbenusuri, rece si crema de mascarpone.

Montam in tava straturi succesive de piscoturi inmuiate in cafea,crema si banane. Se tine la rece aproximativ 2 ore inainte de a fi servit. Pudrati cu cacao.
