indexIngrediente:

  • 2 mere mici
  • 500 ml lapte
  • 2 linguri gris
  • 1 galbenus de ou
  • 1 lingura branza de vaci
  • 1 cubulet de unt

Mod de preparare:

Se pune laptele la fiert si in momentul in care da in clocot se adauga grisul in ploaie, amestecam continuu. Se fierbe la foc mic, pana se leaga grisul, dupa care il lasam sa se raceasca. Adaugam in gris branzica de vaci, galbenusul, merele curatate de coaja si taiate cubulete. Oprim cateva feli de mar pentru final. Impartim compozitia in doua vase termorezistente unse cu unt si deasupra asezam feliile de mar oprite. Le introducem in cuptorul preincalzit si lasam pana se rumeneste, circa 30 de minute.
