  • 150 g ficat de pui
  • 1/4 ceapa
  • 25 g unt
  • 1 galbenus fiert
  • 1/2 morcov potrivit/ fiert

Mod de preparare:

Se curata ficateii de pielite, ii spalam foarte bine si ii punem intr-o craticioara. Ii acoperim cu apa si ii dam in cateva clocote. Schimbam apa, punem ceapa si se lasa la fiert circa 20 de minute. Dupa ce ficatul a fiert, scoatem ceapa, ii punem intr-o strecuratoare, ii clatim cu apa calduta, ii scurgem bine si ii punem in blender impreuna cu ceapa si morcovul fiert. Adaugam galbenusul ( fiert ) si se mixeaza pana cand se obtine un pate fin.

Reteta recomandata dupa 18 luni!
